Approve CE Credit

Approval for Continuing Education Credit

The Colorado Funeral Service Board requires six (6) contact hours of continuing education credit each calendar year to renew the CFSB Credential.

Providers of CE credit must be approved by the Colorado Funeral Directors Association.

Please complete the form below to apply for CE credit for a qualified education activity. Programs are approved for CE credit for a limited time and require annual review/approval.

Programs that are approved by the Academy for Professional Funeral Service Practice (APFSP), or presented by NFDA, CANA or ICCFA are automatically accepted for CE credit by the Colorado Funeral Service Board. A certificate of attendance or completion from the event host must be provided to the participant to evidence CE credit.

  • For nonmembers, a $100 fee will apply per CE event/application. One program may be submitted per application.
