September 8 | EDR System Updates

 

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment announced that an update to the Electronic Death Registration (EDR) system will be made on September 15, 2020, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Users must be logged out for approximately one hour. 

After this update has been made to the system, the funeral establishment will be able to remove a designated physician, and drop the record to paper, as needed.  Please note that this does not apply to a coroner or deputy/associate coroner, as they must act on their own records in their work queues.
