2008 Convention
The Vail Cascade Resort & Spa in Vail, Colorado, has been selected as the destination for the 2008 CFDA-CAC Combined Convention to be held Wednesday, September 3 through Friday, September 5, 2008.

The convention features more than 8 hours of continuing education sessions taught by nationally-recognized educators and local experts, and also offers a showcase of products and services used in the funeral and cemetery services profession.

Convention Exhibit Hall
The purpose of the exhibits is to complement education sessions by enabling registrants to see, hear and evaluate the latest developments in equipment, supplies and services that are recommended for use the funeral and cemetery services industry. The exhibit hall will host more than 20 displays as well as refreshment breaks, lunch and reception. A limited number of exhibit booths will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis with Sponsors given the opportunity to enroll before June 15. Vendors who wish to be Convention Sponsors will have the opportunity to register and will be granted exhibit space through June 15. After this date, remaining exhibit booths will be available for sale on a first come, first serve basis. If all booths are sold, a waiting list will be started and new exhibitors may be accepted on a space available basis in the event of a cancellation. It is the objective of the Convention Planning Committee to maintain an appropriate ratio between convention registrants and vendors. The Convention will refund all monies to any applicant for whom space is not available. |
